NAVARATNA

In Vedic astrology, Navaratna is the blending of nine precious stones. It includes various colors of gemstones such as ruby, pearl, red coral, emerald, yellow sapphire, diamond, blue sapphire, hessonite, and cat's eye.

People can select these auspicious stones based on their zodiac signs or horoscope. Different gemstones are depending on different planets such as Ruby or Manikkam represents Sun, Pearl or Muktaphalam represents Moon, Red coral or Moonga represents Mars, Emerald or Maratakam represents Mercury, Yellow sapphire or Pusparajam represents Jupiter, Diamond or Vajram represents Venus, Blue Sapphire or Neelam represents Saturn, Hessonite or Gomedh represents Rahu and Cat's eye or Vaiduryam represents Ketu.
